On the second day after Russia’s full-scale war in Ukraine, Michael Capone, the president of Global Empowerment Mission (GEM), went to Poland to help Ukrainian refugees. GEM reached out for help and GlobsConsult team had set up a distribution center for GEM in Kyiv. In order to avoid corruption, a policy was implemented for GEM to deliver aid directly to the people instead of distribution centers. Once operational, the Howard Buffet Foundation partnered with GEM and up to date delivering over 2 million food and aid packages across Ukraine. GlobsConsult team had positioned GEM in Ukraine as a leading humanitarian aid distributor, that had aided in rebuilding projects in Bucha, including replacing windows, rebuilding damaged homes and reconstructing schools & gymnasiums. Based on this summer’s destruction of energy infrastructures, the GlobsConsult next project is to implement Aid to help displaced Ukrainian victims

In order to avoid future corruption in the humanitarian aid sector, the GlobsConsult along with administration aid groups, had set up Humanitarian Fund United Association in Ukraine (HFUA). HFUA shall collect information on what type of aid is needed in any part of Ukraine, and forward it to closest association member to deliver the needed aid
